After almost 3 decades in the leadership consulting space, John Porcari was ready to start his own firm.  To have the reach the industry demands, he would need to be multiple places at once, and what better way to do that than quality training video.  Working with Filming Dom, John digitized his content library and began licensing content at a rate like never before.

Engaging New Audiences

No business can survive without growth, and once JPorcari & Associates had covered its bases, the next task became engaging new potential clients in ways that not only demonstrated John's prowes as a leader development coach, but that held attention in a world where three seconds is often all the time one gets to make an impression.  John consulted Filming Dom, and I pitched this "Serving Leader Reacts" series where John would watch scenes from popular movies and Television and then excract leadership principles to share with the audience.
